Tulip Community Care provides person-centered care packages tailored to
young persons aged 11–18 (Ofsted) with social, complex mental health needs and associated risks, along with
supported living accommodations available for persons aged 16–65 (CQC)

Services
Whether it is dealing with Young adults struggling with suitable placements, those in crises needing short term respite or even young individuals requiring a step-up from generic residential care services or a step down from Inpatient services, Tulip Community Care is able to offer its services.
Tulip community care offers single or two-person occupancy placements.
Tulipcare offers flexible therapeutic services with full MDT ( multi disciplinary team) input or with some or without MDT ( Multi disciplinary Team) input, individualised to the young person’s mental health needs and demands.
Placements
We have placements ranging from 12 weeks to however long is required till a suitable placement can be arranged for the young person to be re-integrated into their family home or community settings. We offer specialised supported living 24/7 when required with careful planning and agreement between services.
